

The challenge in the project
BRIOCHES FONTENEAU is a major player in the food sector specialising in the manufacture of brioches and other pastries. The firm wanted to extend its current site to cope with growth in its business and the international development of its business.

Our response
Our teams worked with BRIOCHES FONTENEAU on the modification of its production site. The storage area was reorganised to offer more space for storage and the preparation of orders of the finished products. The production area was updated with flows being optimised in the various stages of the manufacturing process, in particular for kneading, cooking and cooling. THEBAULT INGENIERIE also built a sales outlet for the products made by the firm.
