THEBAULT INGENIERIE IS DEVELOPING ITS OFFER WITH A CONSTRUCTION WORK SERVICE UNIT
7 June 2018
THEBAULT INGENIERIE, leader in the design and construction of turnkey projects involving food factories, is developing its offer with a new unit dedicated to construction work services in order to work alongside its clients on their extension and reorganisation projets. The first operation has already begun for FLEURY MICHON in Cambrai.
New construction work service unit
THEBAULT INGENIERIE positions itself as a specialist in the construction of property projects for those involved in food processing. The firm works alongside its clients on the design and construction of all their projects from a 5000 m² ready meal food factory to the construction of Europe’s largest baby milk producing factory measuring 40,000 m². In order to meet the requirements of its clients, THEBAULT INGENIERIE now proposes a new service with its construction work services unit dedicated to building extensions and reorganising premises.
Adapting and reacting to requirements
The new construction work service unit at THEBAULT INGENIERIE is being launched because of the desire to offer a quick response that is adapted to the requirements of its clients and prospective clients in terms of extension and reorganisation projects. This type of request usually requires an urgent response and the construction work services unit promises a personalised solution in a very short deadline. To achieve that, a full team including a project leader, a building economist, a designer and works manager, is dedicated to this design and construction work.
First operation underway
This brand new unit recently launched by THEBAULT INGENIERIE already has the support of the firm’s clients. A maiden project has been launched with the FLEURY MICHON food factory in Cambrai. This industrial site that the THEBAULT INGENIERIE team already knows about, having taken care of the construction back in 2012, will be updated and reorganised in several areas and two loading bays installed. In total, this operation involves 500 m² and will require four months of work before the keys are handed over in September.
